Today, I am starting a new series of blogs wherein I will select one drama/series scene with an awe-inspiring interior design in each blog post and do a detailed case study of that set design. Will be discussing details such as a brief about the scene, and mood palette, and will also mention the materials they have used, and the color palette. Next will be mentioned about all the steps you need to follow to redesign your own space according to the drama/series.
Now let’s get into today’s drama case study which is about known as “Hometown Cha-cha-cha” The story starts with a big-city dentist who opens up a practice in a close-knit seaside village, home to a charming jack-of-all-trades Hong Du-sik (Kim Seon-ho) who is her polar opposite in every way. Yoon Hye-Jin (Shin Min-A) works as a dentist. She is mostly a realist, but due to her rightfulness, which is only a tiny part of her mind, her life changes.
INTRODUCTION :
This set design is of a restaurant shown in the K-drama “Hometown Cha-cha-cha” wherein they are having a town shopkeeper’s meeting. Here, Dr. Yoon is asked to have a few words regarding this meeting. Then Chief Hong finally arrives and talks more about the member directories that they already have and aren’t working and that they need better ideas to make their meetings more lively.
